For those interested, the UK is paying, working or not.

The Headquarters Agreement between the United Kingdom and the European Banking Authority concerning the Agreement on the Hosting of the Galileo Security Monitoring Centre of 17 July 2013 shall apply, respectively, to the European Banking Authority, and the Galileo Security Monitoring Centre, until the relocation to a Member State is completed. The date of notification by the Union of the completion date of the relocation shall constitute the termination date of those host agreements.

Russia's contribution and sacrifice was on another level again and should never be belittled.
