Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

O Wrinkly, I tried that red bush stuff once after seeing it advertised as being so very good for you, to me it tasted the way TCP smells!! (shudders at the memory).

Tonight will probably have soup and a sandwich as son is not going to be home until after 9.30 which is way too late for me. Have some chicken fajita thingies I bought reduced which will bung in oven for him though.

Something soft - have had bad tooth ache for past couple of days - dentist is extracting it this morning. Have been on starvation diet since Tuesday, so got some leeway to make up - have steak & Kidney puddings in freezer - may have one of those.

Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

Seriously dischuffed this morning

I organised a delivery from Sainsburys they were due here sometime between 10.00 and 11.00. Realising I would be a little late, I rang pie shop at 09.50 and asked them to put a couple of their scrumptious pork and apple pasties aside for me, only to be told they had all sold out

When the man from sainsburys arrived was told that they had run out of parsnips!!! so had put my shoes on and go down town anyway and purchase parsnips from local greengrocer.

Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

Going to do a roast chicken with roast courgettes, onions and tomatoes for meat eater.

Using the same stuffing mix I have made for the chicken I am going to do stuffed tomatoes, roast courgettes and onions for me.

Have some low fat natural yogurt and an apple so will cook the apple and mash and mix that with the yogurt for a rare pudding for us both.
