Have the remains of the Turkey Crown left over from last weekend, so having defrosted it again, I'll have that with some roast vegetables and make some gravy. I also have a rhubarb and Apple crumble, so I can put that in the oven too and make some custard for it as a 'pudding'.

Fish not sure what it is but it's white is all it says on the package, will do it with a baked potato and peas for meat eater.

Baked potato and peas for me.

Made a seed cake with reduced sugar and butter yesterday so a tiny slice of that for pudding. Interestingly put half the quantity of fat and 1/4 of the quantity of sugar and it still made a decent bit of cake. So makes me wonder what else I can produce with less sugar and fat ??

Well I don't see why not cos I will be posting all my bowls of different toppings popcorn .
