I defrosted a pork slice overnight, so will place that in the casserole with mushrooms, onions and appropriate veg and make a pork casserole.

Pea and ham soup, chicken soup, or a pasta/chilli soup home made with some crusty bread or toasted wholemeal. Home made soup can be made of anything in the fridge or larder quickly and make a delicious, wholesome meal. I pop mine through the smoothie maker
