Morning all. Well you can guess, having 'tea', early meant that I kept thinking of food all night! So ended up nipping into the kitchen looking for other things to nibble!

Today we are having a fry-up consisting of:

Fried Egg, two bacon, frankfurters, mushrooms and bake beans.

My son and I have just had a fry up. Unhealthy, I know, but absolutely delicious.

It'll just be a snack for me later.

I bought some more crumpets yesterday so I'm just waiting for a respectable time to do a couple for lunch. With cheese of course!

Tonight will be chicken kiev, a cheesy potato (Tescos were selling 2 for £1.25, or 1.29 summat like that), and peas.

Not those crumpets (I call them pikelets ), with cheese again !! I dont' know how long I can hold out not buying a block of cheese !!

I've just had my usual banana on that lovely bread again, and hopefully will have that salmon for tea, as needs eating up today !!

Vegetarian for me for the last 40 years or so. Today bubble and squeak with carrots and sprouts followed by fruit. Lovely and I,m as full as a gun.

pasta salad for lunch, later I'm cooking minced beef in onion gravy, potatoes, carrot and swede mash and sprouts
