I would take issue with you on the large amounts statement
Moscow, if you compare the figures for manufacturing pre Thatcher
to now?
For instance, apart from the car industry we used to have a growing
and increasingly inovative machine tool industry?l recently tried
to find some of the old firms that used to be, and they seem to be
in the same situation as our railways, if you can find one at all?
However otherwise we are in agreement!

Hi

One of us is right and one of us is wrong.

We are still paying in and still in the Single Market.

The proof will be when we leave at the end of this year and the decisions made by the Foreign Owners of our Manufacturing.

Even then things will not change immediately due to the timescales involved.

I will happily apologise to you if I am wrong, in fact I hope I am wrong.

Our assets are likely to be hugely overvalued.

When price is high, its time to sell!
When price is low its time to buy!
How else could the market work?

I'm not sure what your point is, Annie.

Is the UK economy based on the sale price of GlaxoSmithKline ?

Did I say anything about the sale prices of Glaxo? Who do you think will buy our assets if they are found to be overvalued?

the link posted mentioned Glaxo and Vodafone. I was wondering what this has to do with the argument ?

So what are these assets that are overvalued ?

Perhaps this will give some understanding? https://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/new...uk-stocks.aspx

The only times British shares have been cheaper than they are now was during the two world wars, as global investors have withdrawn from the UK in droves, according to new analysis.*
