Roxy, I just got off the phone with a friend of mine who told me that people are doing up their sheds etc, to hold parties in (or just socialise). People will do what they like, I think, sadly.

Police handed out more than £13,000 in fines to people found at a house party at a rented flat in one of London's most expensive neighbourhoods.

Officers found more than 20 people at a private property next to Harrods on Hans Road, Knightsbridge, on 6 February. Seventeen attendees are being considered for fines up to £800 each. Some attendees told officers "they had every right to meet and socialise", police said.

It was later discovered that the property had been rented out over the weekend specifically for the event. Police continue to investigate the circumstances of the rental agreement and are trying to identify the owner.

Some of their neighbours will clipe on them.

Perhaps, such "attendees" should be shipped out to an old sea forts or unused oil drilling rigs to serve out a 14-day isolation period in case they have become infected .....

Yes I like that idea, as I said a few posts above, punishment not fines would work better IMO.

Maybe there should be a flogging rota, too, since they'll be at sea ....
