Re: Hands Up...Who Dries Stuff On Their Radiators?

My hands staying firmly down Art. In winter, the washing comes out of the washing machine. Towels, Sheets, pillowcases etc are plonked straight into the tumble drier. All other clothes are put straight onto dozens of hangars that I always keep in a basket in the utility room for the occasion, and then taken into the spare bedroom where the airing cupboard is, and which makes the room lovely and warm. I have three clothes rails on wheels in there and the clothing on hangars go straight onto them. Underwear etc are placed over a small clothes horse in there. They are always dry as a bone by the following day and not a crease in sight.

Even in the summer, apart from the towels, sheets and pillowcases, all clothes still go on hangars first to be hung on the rotary drier in the garden. I'm all for an easy life.

I haven't got radiators, we have warm air central heating, but it's not in every room. I dry clothing in front of the vent in the back bedroom, once my daughters, now my computer room.
