I will expand. A dog eat dog world is where competition between enterprises using whatever advantages can be created are used and if the competition in the field is unable to match or better that advantage then tough tittie.

The law of the jungle is a very different thing. It's uncontrolled uncivilised and red in tooth and claw. The best example of that is the BLM bullcrap that's sweeping around the world and the Marxist socialist filth that's coming out of the woodwork taking advantage of what the BLM leaders have let loose.

The solution to brutal policing isn't stoking the fire. It's training of the police and stop behaving like wild animals which would reduce the need for the actions of American Plod.

Well that's your interpretation. But to everyone else dog eat dog and law of the jungle are one and the same. Eat or be eaten. Civilisation has strived to create a veneer where that appears to be otherwise but when the buck stops... it stops.

in terms of police brutality it's down to the culture and norms of the society. We have a very different culture to the US. Over here prejudice is covert, there its overt. The Americans are obsessed with heritage, over here we pretend not to care. But scrape the surface and it's all the same. Fear and anxiety of annihilation are at the root of all prejudice. The only way around this is to have one group, but there are too many cave dwellers for that to ever happen. (I include all races in that).

Fear and anxiety of annihilation are at the root of all prejudice? Nonsense. What about track record and experience.
