Yes I’m a holistic nutritionist by trade so I read ALL ingredients but like some others have mentioned here, I don’t purchase much packaged foods. Most of the food I purchase is along the outside of the grocery store which is usually where the fresh food is.

What do I read for?
Hidden gluten
Modified ingredients
Preservatives or words I can’t pronounce.
