Men's Shoelaces

Any of the men on here noticed that when you buy a new pair of shoes these days, the laces always seem to be inserted the 'girls' way? Not nice horizontal 'straight bar' laces like it should be for us fellers.

Ha yes! Also true. It's so you can tie them around your legs like a Gladiator.

Since I can't bend that far to tie shoe laces, all my shoes are now slip on. I even have a long-handled shoe horn to assist me.

Hey boys, why don't you forget the laces, buy shoes with a top Velcro cross-over fastening, once on, give each leg a quick flick, job done!
