I doubt if the council would be able to tell You the exact day/date as surely it depends on the weather...I mean do They cut the grass when it's bucketing down with rain?

All I know is they leave the cuttings right across the road/pavement instead of collecting it.

It's just so we can avoid walking the dog in these area when the mowers are operating.”

“In regards to their details unfortunately we are unable to give them out, however if you wanted to raise a request for this to be cut we could pass your details on to the waste officer for your area to contact you.”

“My question is not whether the grass needs cutting. It is

By all means, feel free to pass on my details to the waste officer in charge.
Terry, our local waste collector, is a brilliant guy. “

Aww bless him!..such a simple question, with all the red tape to go with it,my dogs are the same Besokear, they hate the mowers, they don't cut the field grass here on a regular basis,I think the council employ contractors to do it,..they have been today, what a mess they make,I just listen out for them, hope you get it sorted,

Oh dear. I would hide their mowers.
I'm know the grass will slow down growing soon. Give that lovely dog a pat from me. X

Did you know that to use a motor(petrol) mower to cut grass verges in the UK you have to have past a "driving" test? it is included if you have a car licence , if not you have to take a test with "L" plates attached to the lawn mower

https://www.gov.uk/old-driving-licence-categories
see group "K"

group "K" is still on the latest ID type car licence

You all seem to miss the point.
Yes, I can see and hear the mowers when they are deployed.

But I wouldn't go out there with Max if I knew they were due to be deployed on that day.

But if you can hear them, don't go out. I really don't see what your problem is.
