No-one has mentioned Esta McVey. Maybe after the mess created by May another woman might be difficult to take but I like her and she is a committed Brexiteer....once campaigning starts she might surprise you all.

Re: Boris

IMO if a New Conservative party does emerge by BREXIT renaming itself then the very obvious mistakes made by the former Conservative Central Office that are so very obvious in retrospect should be taken into account in setting the direction for the future.

Concentration should be on delivering good governance rather than playing Westminster games.

A big problem will be addressing the Entitled Society.

The Welfare state has totally lost its way because of Left Wing hypocrites playing games. Universal Credit is a good start but issues found really should have been foreseen before the pilot and I strongly suspect were but not disclosed by the now politicised civil service.

But it is only a start. The whole Welfare State needs to be addressed from the unaffordable NHS to the redistribution of wages by the ludicrous benefits system.

The Socialists will loath it and scream like stuck pigs but these things must be done. There really is no alternative. I only hope that New Conservative have the "cojones" to do what must be done and say to hell with Labour, certainly in its present guise.
