I suppose these Meals in a box are a step up from from fast food. So many fast food "shops" appearing in town centres and high streets. It's no surprise that we are turning into a nation of fatties. It has become a way of life for many people to just pop to the local burger bar, curry house etc and hand over 20 quid for a bag or box of salt, fat and other unhealthy ingredients. People don't cook anymore. They plonk themselves in front of the telly with a box of something fattening.
