New cases before the Court of Justice

United Kingdom, the European Commission may, within 4 years from the date of the decision
concerned, bring the matter to the Court of Justice of the European Union in accordance with the
requirements laid down in Article 258 TFEU or the second subparagraph of Article 108(2) TFEU,
as the case may be. The Court of Justice of the European Union shall have jurisdiction over such cases.

It means nothing.
We are not bound by any treaty with the EU except the withdrawal agreement . That finishes on 31st Dec 2020 and so do all obligations.
You will be ignored.

After 31 Dec the WA expires. Why do you think we are bound to something that won't exist ? You've been told over and over it won't be extended.
