Le Penn's happy with him of course, because a recent French poll showed 43% see her winning April 2022's election as "probable" with another 5% as "certain".
Her time could well be nigh after many years of getting closer and closer.

There's nothing new in that story JBR. When I worked in Italy, I had to turn in my UK driving licence in exchange for an Italian one. That was in 1988. When I returned to the UK, I exchanged the Italian one for a UK licence. Easy peasy. All done FOC.
I assume that foreigners coming to this country have to perform a similar exchange.
