Anyone else hurting after their flu jab?

My brother said he and his missus felt rough following theirs. I had mine done 11am Friday and my arm still feels like it's been punched!

Re: Anyone else hurting after their flu jab?

I had my flu jab on the 4th Oct ...... no discomfort whatever, in fact I had forgotten about it by the end of the same day. No reaction since either

Re: Anyone else hurting after their flu jab?

I had mine on 4th October and my arm was sore, swollen and itchy so I put an ice pack on and it was fine the next day.

I worry most about picking up germs or catching a cold in the doctors surgery while waiting inline for the vaccination .

Re: Anyone else hurting after their flu jab?

I have not really had reactions to a flu jab. That is until last year
When the nurse stuck the needle in my arm she wacked it in as
if she was stabbing me with a knife. I have had a weak arm
ever since. I am still debating whether I should have one this
year now. I think if you asked them - will I have a reaction - there
will be some numbers mentioned. Say 10 out of 1000 have a
reaction. Maybe you are one of those 10 Jazzi if you are not
feeling well from it. Hope you feel OK soon. I suppose its
better than getting a bad flu as it can be a terrible disease if
you are run down already. Take care.
