Reminded me of the disco of the 60s, they weren't called discos though - you certainly glowed in the dark there, gleaming white teeth too !

I try to eat beetroot at least once a day.

I have high blood pressure and take drugs for it but not every day, have found that beetroot acts to a lesser extant like the drugs I have been prescribe.

I've a friend terminally ill with bowel cancer, so you were right to be vigilant.
