I have an overactive bladder problem and seem to spend my life it the loo I can live with it though

It all depends on how much liquid goes into the tank during the day, I don’t count how many times I go but I reckon about 8 times over a 24 hour period.

What’s next, how many times do you fart in a week?

We shouldn't need to pass urine more than 5/6 times in 24 hours but the amount of urine we make depends on how much we drink and sweat.

Of course those with an overactive bladder will go more frequently.

Prostate problems can account for men going a lot. My hubby has an enlarged prostate gland and has to get out of bed to have a pee at least three times every night. It's no wonder that he's tired a lot in the day!!

7 times during the day sounds about right for me and none at night.

I cannot stand these health issues where they tell you what to do or not to do. How natural is it to do what others tell you to.
Go with the flow is my attitude. I would imagine you could hurt yourself
if you only went 7 times a day if you needed to do more than that.
Some people have weak bladders, prostrate troubles or take water tablets.
Life is too short to worry when you get older.
