Lovely atmospheric photo, Tootsweet.Our Robin. Taken from a foot or two away, last year.
Male & female Blackcap on the bird table, also last year. I was chuffed to get this one as you rarely see the pair close together in Winter, even though they are usually in the garden at the same time.

(This isn't my picture, I believe the photographer is a fella called Doug from here somewhere!)
These are ice bubbles in Lakelse Lake.
They're created when the plants on the lake bed release methane gas, which freezes as it comes closer to the cold lake surface.
It's really something to see in real life.
