I keep some garlic nan breads in the freezer they make for a quick pizza topped with chilli toms onions chorizo and cheese, thats my favorite snack

That's more like it

I had a nice little something today: I had some slices of lean ham, spread them with Philadelphia Light and then put some shredded iceburg on then rolled the ham up into little funnels - it tasted really nice (trying to cut down on bread but struggling - surprised how nice those tasted though).

Yes, of course under the grill!
When I get back to eating normal food instead of porridge, I will do a toasted cheese sandwich with Walkers baked sour cream & chive crisps in it! Toasted banana and strawberry jam sandwich or/and cheese, bramley apple & tomato ketchup in crusty bread. Can't wait!
