Pumpkin pie

Anyone got a good pumpkin pie recipe the younger members of the family fancy one at the weekend but somehow I seem to have been volunteered to make it

Never made one before don't think I have ever tasted one either so should be novel !

I usually just buy them. However, if you are going to make one from scratch, you can use the canned pumpking and they turn out just as well. I wouldn't bother using a fresh pumpkin.. to much trouble.

I don't think we have canned pumpkin over here Audrey, I certainly have never seen it. Fresh ones are two for £3 at sainsburys at the moment which is why this has arisen as a task.
