Re: Popcorn anyone?

Well I only ate popcorn yesterday and guess what - I went to the toilet this morning. So, what do I deduce from this? Well there is ample fiber in popcorn - yayyyy .

Re: Popcorn anyone?

Your machine sounds good to me - I love pop-corn and use a large saucepan to make it - then roll it in sea salt and black pepper. Usually have a little dish of Hoisin sauce for dipping as well !

Re: Popcorn anyone?

I've always used a saucepan as well - my children used to love making popcorn. Never had a machine though but from how it's being described, it sounds just like a saucepan would do it!

Grrrr - I fancy some popcorn now and the shops are shut!

Re: Popcorn anyone?

To be honest I have had enough for a while. I haven't changed in many respects from as a child in that I love to play with my food. Also any new food that takes my fancy I will eat until I have made myself sick of it. Stuffed myself stupid with popcorn for a couple of days now but finally I am having some good food instead - nice chicken salad.

Still the machine I have is great fun and the popcorn delicious so will use as intended from now on as a carbo boost for running.

Mark, I've always know that popcorn has fibre content (for lavatorial purposes! ) Liquorice works just as well. too.
