Steamed Parsnips, Celeriac, swedes & sweet potato. Once cooked, tip into large bowl, add large knob of butter and mash until smooth and creamy. Serve on a plate with Haggis and pour over Lamb(oxo) gravy - superb!!!

Sounds lovely Geoff but I hate preparing the veg nowadays.
Makes my hands ache ... I'd happily pay a little extra to buy ready prepared ... butternut squash I really need an axe and a chopping block

Yes some of those veggies can be quite a challenge to get through with a knife. Luckily I have strapping lads who don't mind a bit of chopping so it's not too much of a problem but if I didn't have them not sure how I would do it
