Ah but at my age I drink red wine 'cos the wine I drink is made from a new grape variety that means I can sleep the night through without having to made nocturnal trips to the toilet.

The grape variety is called Pinot More.

The only 'Health Foods' I buy are little cholesterol-reducing milky drinks from ASDA. £1.50 for 4 usually around here and just as good as those rather expensive Benecol ones.

My GP surprised me when I told him I used them because he agreed that they do help.

I also eat oats every day which are also good for mopping-up cholesterol - Doc says good to that too. stevmk2
