Evening snacks

Do you eat snacks in the evening while watching TV?

If so, what do you have?

I am looking for Healthy suggestions for myself.

Re: Evening snacks

I only eat unhealthy snacks when watching TV in the evening.

During the day, I might be more inclined to things like Crudites & dips, Pate or cottage cheese & smoked salmon on bikkies etc..

Re: Evening snacks

I'm normally rummaging in the fridge for something sweet, like a sweet or a piece of chocolate. No, I'm no help either!

Once I have my supper, between 6-7, then I don't want much else afterwards. (That's probably because I've been 'snacking' all day.)

Re: Evening snacks

I'm rather partial to Aldi's "Hand Cooked Cheese & Onion " crisps. They are large packets but one will last me 4 evenings. Unhealthy ? Yes, but, as they say, "A little of what you fancy does you good" !

Re: Evening snacks

I attack the fruit bowl, if it's empty I'll look for nuts .. brazils, almonds, walnuts (whatever I can find) and add some dried fruit.
I do have a bar of chocolate in the fridge but I try very hard to make it last a week, I rarely succeed
