I'm going to add a 4th:

4. Misuse of the possessive pronoun. For example, using "myself" instead of "I" or "me", as in "Myself and V went to town on the bus today" when it should be "V and I went to town on the bus today". Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!

It annoys me when people on the box say 'France' (rhyming with Manse) rather than the much nicer and acceptable for the last thousand years, 'France' (Rhyming with Lance).

Car drivers who dangle their right arm out of the window clutching a cigarette. Could they really take evasive action or react quick enough if they had to? I very much doubt it. Anyway, what about the 10 to 2? Does that no longer apply?
