Yes very sentimental, i could cry at anytime , music melts me and reminds me of long lost friends or a time in my life .

Re: Are You Sentimental?

There was a time about ten years ago that whenever an ad was shown on TV of a military person coming home, hugging a child, surprising his or her family, talking with a Mom on a morning over coffee, I welled up and the tears spilled. Any touching moment within family on the news or seeing a kind deed offered up while out shopping or such struck my core and I couldn't control the tear sliding down my cheek. It lasted for several years.

Must be I was at an emotional point in my own life, as that has stopped now, and I react more normally when seeing kindness.

I don't get sentimental over trinkets given to me over the years, nor do I collect bits and bobs. I prefer the memories....

I saw a magpie, trying to revive its dead mate,..it kept nudging him/her,with its head,

The noise it was making was horrendous ,it sounded so distressed,..I was so upset,I'm still thinking about it today.not sure that is sentimental though?

Yes. Far too sentimental. It gets annoying being too sensitive.

I’m like this. While driving my husband tells me to close my eyes when we pass dead animals on the road.
