Chips

I love them.

How do you like them? Fat, thin, deep fried, oven baked. Ketchup, brown sauce, salt and vinegar? A chip butty?

I have to say I make my own..Par boiled potatos spinkled with a little chilli powder and then deep fried ..
Served with mayo or sate sauce.. Cant stand brown sauce but OH loves it.

We only eat them as an occasional treat though.

Hardly ever have chips and it's oven chips and I can't eat many now. stevmk2

Only the occasional packet of micro chips now - nice in a buttie though but that's a thing of the past since gluten free bread just doesn't do it at all.

I make my own slimming chips from recipe in slimming world

Cut potatoes into chips , par boil 5 minutes , drain and dry . Spray oven dish with fry light olive oil spray , pop in hot oven for 30 min. Non fattening chips , lush with egg and beans . Mmmm now I'm hungry

A good chip needs a decent spud -so many we buy are pumped full of water.

Chips from the chip shop with Salt and vinegar,i do like a chip butti but feel bloated for ages after.

Chips from the chippy are crap around here. I make my own medium size with salt and onion vinegar

I love all chips! We tend to have oven chips if we buy any, but i like fat chips and chip shop chips.. I like them with barbecue sauce, brown sauce or tomato sauce and salt and vinegar Yummy!!
