Re: Dressing Food

What a coincidence........only this afternoon I was in Al Campo, a huge hypermarket, they had a promotion on jamon and had done some very fancy decorations with it, all very artistic.

Re: Dressing Food

Seeing that just make me wonder how many fingers have messed about with it and touched it , how many additional chances are there of food poisoning etc..

I know Im a bit OCD about it but I dont touch dressed food or BBQ because of the chances..

Re: Dressing Food

I do a lot of cooking and do pay attention to food presentation on the plate, but the most important thing is to make the food delicious and easy to eat, give some thought to the diner and how they will actually eat the food and remember to arrange the cutlery accordingly giving them enough of everything.

"How would you like your steak, sir?"
"Take the horns and hooves off, and wipe it's arse!"
