I used to love four seasons pizza, but it's not so nice on cardboard.

You will just love pizza again with this. No hate with this one.
I’ve just got to find it and write it out.
And here it is.
1/. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 176 C
2/. In 3/4 ( 180 ml ) cup of warm water add 1 tbsp yeast.
3/. Let sit to activate for 5 minutes, then sprinkle 1 tbsp sugar
4/. In separate bowl combine gluten free flour mix ( 3 cups ) , 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 2 tbsps. sugar and whisk until combined.
5/. Make a well in the dry mixture and add the yeast mixture
6/. Add 1 tbsp. olive oil and 1/2 a cup of warm water and stir it all together
7/. Lightly coat a baking sheet or pizza stone with a non stick spray and place your dough down and with your hands and some brown rice flour work from the middle and spread the dough outwards.
Note: aim for 1/4 inch thickness
8/. Put the pizza dough in the oven for approximately 25 minutes or until it slightly cracks.
9/. Remove from oven and spread your favourite tomato sauce and toppings and pop back in the oven for another 20 to 25 minutes
Note: the crust should be golden brown and the tomato sauce bubbly.
Simple tomato sauce
1 small can tomato paste
1/2 cup water with equal pinches of salt , pepper, dried basil, oregano, thyme,and garlic powder
