towards which direction does your head point when asleep?
I've worked out that I sleep with my head pointing East.So which direction does your head point when you're in bed? Apparently sleeping with your head towards north (in the northern hemisphere) or south in the southern hemisphere, is a no-no. But vice versa and you should sleep like a log... go figure!

Interesting, Annie.I've got to figure out which way my bed faces in relation to the house. I think I sleep both with my head facing west or east, otherwise I'd need to move the bed 90° and that would really freak me out.

At the moment - due East. Later, when the bedroom has been 'refurbed' it will be due West.Head hits pillow - out like a light for 5 hours and I sleep very deeply. You could march a brass band through the bedroom and I wouldn't stir.

East and west I am a very restless and keep moving around in the night. That used to drive my husband crazy when we shared a bed, just as his snoring did my head in. Far better to have our own bedrooms as we have done for the last 20 years or so.
