Morning Antibrown - I'm not going to get tied up in knots today like Garfield. When you don't go to work anymore Monday can be anything you want it to be - the sun is shining and I can please myself - so I'm going for a good long walk exploring with my dog. Take care.

My first day in a week that I am free to do what I want. I have completed phase one dog walking, another walk to do before the rain comes! Bliss.

I like mondays. The rest of the world has gone back to work or school and I have a bit of room to move (or rather, walk).

Today it's not only Monday but Labor Day, a holiday here in the states. Since retiring all days are holidays. It's supposed to be cooler today but still dry. I have no plans but need to go grocery shopping. I'm out of margarine and nearly out of eggs. Heavens!!!

Ah-the Monday thread,I have been busy posting on other threads.

Happy Monday here,I went to my diabetic clinic this morning-blood sugar well down and in sight of my `target`;weight down half a stone and BP 130/68-I was once more like 170/100
