I am allergic to Scrabble! My in-laws used to insist on playing it until late into the evening when as a teenager I was visiting them in the UK, before I married my husband. Then they declared it was time for bed! I am of the opinion keeping us occupied in this way would prevent any hanky panky!
However they were heavy sleepers and we spent most of the night together.
