Yes, I'm too much of a softie.

This one cracks me up. Reminds me of someone who once sent it to me.

'Ha a lo ... is eet me ye loooky for ........'
You're not alone - I'm the same, one, sure to bring on the tears is an Irish song .... 'When you were sweet sixteen'

Re: Romantic Songs

Not heard than version Pats so I'll stick with the one I know.

I can remember listening to Only Sixteen by Craig Douglas when it was first out and wondering what it would be like to be 16.

I don't think it was anything special when it came along, I was working in an office and very shy. If I could be like I am now but go back there, that would be good.

Re: Romantic Songs

I've had two romantic songs 'given' to me - the first was Same Old Song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2wYoLQc-x5g and the second, a few years ago was one I'd never heard of before (not a Paul Weller fan) but I quite liked it : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0HMAVU1k7kg

Strange how the songs blokes 'give' you, you never seem to forget them
