Re: Warning to women drivers
Snipes says false http://www.snopes.com/crime/gangs/carseat.aspRe: Warning to women drivers
They may say this is false, but other similar things have happened. For example, stories about people who stop to help someone who appears to be broken down on the side of the road and they're beaten, robbed and, in some cases, their cars are stolen.Re: Warning to women drivers
I really don't care if Snopes say these tricks are false. Incidents that have occurred in the last several years have just caused drivers, particularly women drivers, to never stop at what appears to be somebody in a problem at the side of the road. I have certainly abided by this, and fortunately, so far, I have not had to travel on and call police when well out of range of a particular 'incident'.Re: Warning to women drivers

Thanks Linda, I thought it was worth posting because I would probably stop without thinking, so it's just a warning to be vigilant.Re: Warning to women drivers
