Are we getting a little ahead of ourselves here and making up fictitious outcomes:-

I was under the impression that Scotland was part of the United Kingdom, and that membership of the EU is on behalf of all of the United Kingdom, therefore, if we vote to come out Scotland also comes out and will have to re-negotiate terms on their own behalf. Apart from taking time, They might be refused entry.

Nicola has already said that she is preparing a better case for Scotland to be independent and she wants Scotland to remain in the EU.

Nicola can say what She wants..just as dithery Dave can....The final decision will be made by the People of 'THE UNITED KINGDOM'...which consists of Scotland,England,Wales,Northern Ireland....

Can the Scottish Parliament secede from The Union without a referendum? It might cause an awful lot of rioting but is it possible?

From what I can see it could well be the Scottish vote that will be vital to keep us in the EU. Too many people around here are believing all the myths that are being peddled by the Dirty Diggers media interests.
