I don't know why you would bother to buy plastic tokens. Simple put the trolley back and not be an anti-social oik.

At the local Aldi, you need a device, which many people construct themselves, or a quid.

Anyone leaving trolleys around must ne "off their trolley"!
Why? Why should I do what someone is being PAID to do?

Why should I worry? Let someone else, someone being PAID to gather up trolleys do it. I have better uses for my time. SERIOUSLY.

Firstly my car has no key other than the emergency access key which is left at home and I don't want more than the two keys on the keychain that I carry. House key and my wife's car key.

Secondly my time, even in retirement, well semi-retirement is worth a whole lot more than the time involved in making some gizmo to cheat a trolly lock.

You don't deserve the courtesy of a trolley. I don't think you would be very pleased if one day a wayward trolley bashed into your car and the person responsible had taken off.

Well, its just nice, isn't it? I imagine its awful in winter, blowing a gale, chucking with rain, to go round and fetch back trolleys that some idiot left lying in some far flung corner of the car park, with a bit of plastic stuck in it!

That's why Brum has more miles of canal than Venice.

If someone asked me what I did with my Trolley, I would tell them to "Push Off".
