Nah... that's centrifugal force.
Isaac Newton's law of universal gravitation states that every point mass in the universe is attracted to every other point mass with a force which is directly proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between their centres.
Each of us has mass so we are attracted (pulled down) towards Earth's iron core which also has mass. The fatter we get, the heavier we will be as our mass increases.
