Locally, we have 71 cases per 100,000 people for the latest week 23 Sep-29 Sep. The average area in England had 28.
I have just checked the latest rules and now:
You must not meet other people outside of your own household, or support or childcare bubble, in private homes and gardens. A support bubble is where a household with one adult joins with another household. A childcare bubble is where someone in one household can provide informal childcare to a child aged 13 or under in another household.
You are advised not to socialise with people you do not live with at any public venue - inside or outside - including cafes, pubs, community centres, shops and parks.
You should not visit friends or family in care homes, other than in exceptional circumstances. Care homes should restrict visits to these circumstances.
You can travel outside your area. However,
you must not meet people you do not live with in their home or garden, unless they’re in your support bubble.
