Another great read this morning from Sir John Redwood.

For anyone who things the single market is "a good idea" then JR spells out exactly why it isn't and why its been a disaster for the UK economy.

I have admired that man for quite a while; he exhibits great commonsense which sadly has been so lacking in British politicians of recent times.

So far I've just skimmed the contents, but it looks like another typically frank and honest interpretation which is as usual spot-on in it's analysis.

I have only seen John Redwood two or three times during brexit
debates on tv Bread! I have just read the whole of the link you
posted, l ask why is he not more prominent within the tory party or
parliament than he currently is?? His articles are bloody brilliant !!
If he and Frosty were running things this country would be a different
place right now !!
I suspect he has been sidelined by the more useless and more
devious articles that have made it to the top ??

Could it just be that he's perfectly happy being a back-bencher where he can stir things up as and when necessary without having to tow the Party line if he doesn't want to? Either way, he's the man alright.
