I feel a little sorry for the ordinary Dutch people.Apparently, they're not allowed to have a referendum on how to change things. Is this imposed by their own government or the EU in Brussels?
Are they still allowed general elections?
If the latter, surely they can choose to elect a suitable political party which will offer them a referendum on continued EU membership.
That's what happened here, anyway, though it took us over 4 years to achieve what we wanted thanks to a treacherous PM and politicians.

Even Matteo Salvini’s right-wing League, until recently the main rallying point for eurosceptics, has softened its line against Brussels and the euro in a bid to gain respectability.
The timing of Paragone’s move looks questionable, coming as the EU reached a deal on Tuesday to launch an economic Recovery Fund worth 750 billion euros, which the bloc’s supporters say shows its renewed cohesion and vision.

Socialism is far worse than losing 209 billion euros. Its a lot more expensive in the long run as history proves. Italy won't think twice of sticking two fingers up to brussels and start using its own currency, it will destroy the Euro anyway when it deliberately defaults
Italy will be given our full support, that you can count on.
