My daughter has one of those in her garden complete with decking & veranda.

If you have a heart attack before that age then you are more likely to die from it but the older you get over that age the more likely you are to survive it. He said that often 70+ year olds have a heart attack in the morning and are gardening in the afternoon.
I am going by memory with that age but I am reasonably sure he said 58 but it was definitely of that order. Having never had a heart attack I can't speak from personal experience.
