Valkyrie

Starring Tom Cruise and Kenneth Branagh, . . (this is where I disappeared to last night), . . great film about the attempted assassination of Herr Hitler in 1944, . . loads of good actors like Bernard Hill make it worthwhile viewing.

It's a true and accurate story BTW.

I saw a similar picture years ago - not sure what it was called - may have been The Night of the Generals, although it wasn't all about the assination attempt - that just came into the film.
