Red Sky at Night.

Hi

A beautiful Sunset here

Red Sky at the back, dark clouds at the front.

Absolutely lovely.

It makes me happy to be alive.

It sounds lovely there, Swimmy.

It has started to cloud over here.

Re: Red Sky at Night.

There is an old country saying that A red sky at night means a shepherds delight as the morrow will be fine and a red sky in the morning is a shepherds warning as the morrow will be wet.
Maybe some truth in it but we were always told as children that a red sky at night means the shepherds hut is on fire.

It does look spooky. Mags. I’m not sure if it’s due to bushfires?

Wow - what a fabulous picture.

Artangel - do you think your son would give permission for me to use this photo on a card?

ST, Of course, you can use it, there was no need to ask.

When you used the word ‘permission’, l thought l had better check that my son did really take the pic and hadn’t copied it from somewhere? Yes, he did take the pic and joked it would cost you £5!

He has just moved to Port Macquarie NSW from Coogee in Sydney.
He told me to google NSW bushfires. I did and was very worried. He said they’re ok for now as they are on the coast.
It is now a National Emergency and the army are being drawn in.
He had to drive up the beach to work because the roads are closed.
