SJ is being replaced by the young ambitious Rishi Sunak who gave a good account of himself in BREXIT debates. Not sure he has the experience for such a top job and with the Budget looming.

Blimey, one month before the budget too!Some are saying it is because of rows over Boris opening the purse strings after saying austerity is over, and Sajid wanting to keep a tight lid on the purse strings plus his planned raid on Pensions. I think there were a few in Number 10 who wanted him gone as he has never really been on the same page as the PM and a bit of a power struggle has been taking place.
Rishi Sunak is more in tune apparently. One would imagine that Boris was determined to prove to the Northern voters that he is hitting the ground running with his pledge to look after red line voters.
I really don't have a clue though, no doubt we will find out as the day progresses.

He was in an impossible situation.... he would have lost all respect for himself and from others had he conformed and sacked his aides.... apparently this new guy is a yes man ... and although he worked in the the city and is extremely wealthy he is a genuinne BREXIT man..... we shall see
