She will not have much family left .
She had two children both i understand given up for adoption .
the son has followed the case but he only found out as adult that she was his mother long after her death.

Well, imagine being an "adopted child" looking for his real mother, then finding out that (1) she had been murdered, and that (2) it was a famous unsolved case, the probable perpetrator being the mother's rich employer who'd managed to evade justice by "disappearing".

One will never know but my father knew he was hiding along with his horse Shergah (sp) He told us it was a secret.

Yes interesting but hardly emotionally damaging seeing as he never met her.

An adopted/foster child still wonders about his/her paternal/maternal family.

In the main there's still a piece missing, there's still a bond especially with your mother.

You may not feel the love that you feel for your adoptive family but there's still a bond.

It's hard to explain.
