No Knead Bread

Hi

Not one of my recipes, but simple, foolproof and gorgeous.

The recipe originally came from Masterchef Australia.

Re: No Knead Bread

well the bread turned out a bit of a disaster, putting it in a bowl to rise then in the fridge it started to over flow , so it was separated and put in two bowls in the fridge over night and it went in the oven this morning .
This is the result .

That looks ok Eliza
I never use dried yeast always fresh I think it it makes a big difference to the taste.
(I buy mine online from Bertinet Kitchen it comes in a cold pack and freeze it)

Looks very similar to soda bread which is a lot easier (and quicker) to make.
