Well I just wondered why they went all the way to the USA to take blood there from a source not used by that country for their own citizens...just wondered why that decision was made when if they wanted to do that we have our own prison population..

Hi

I don't think you are off topic at all Summer.

I was stopped from giving blood over 30 years ago after I had had a blood transfusion in Africa.

I find it strange that they did this but continued to import from the USA,
