I did watch it on i player for 40 minutes, but couldn't get into it & I agree about the music. The Good Karma Hospital it aint & I do like that.

I enjoyed it very much. I have in fact read it twice with an interval of about ten years. I think a big problem is the attempt to compress 1,349 pages into just six one hour episodes.

The rating is slowly going down but I think they are afraid to admit that the actors are useless.
